No. SteadiCare is a fully online telehealth platform. You complete a brief intake form, a licensed provider reviews your health history, and — if appropriate — issues a prescription. No office visit, no waiting room, no travel required.

You complete an online intake. A licensed provider reviews your information and, if you're a good fit, sends a prescription to an FDA-regulated, state-licensed compounding pharmacy. Your medication is then dispensed and shipped directly to your door — typically within 5–7 business days of your prescription being issued.

Most insurance plans do not cover compounded medications. However, SteadiCare treatments are eligible for payment through HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds, as they are prescribed by a licensed physician for a medical purpose.

Your medication is compounded and dispensed by independent, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. SteadiCare does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications. All pharmacy partners are FDA-regulated and comply with applicable state and federal standards for compounded pharmaceuticals.
